The Role Description:
As the Front Office Manager at our new hotel in Ibiza, you will take charge of all front desk operations, from guest check-in and check-out to handling reservations and concierge services. Ensuring an efficient and welcoming experience for our guests, training and supervising front office staff, and resolving guest inquiries and complaints will be part of your role. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, with additional languages being a bonus. Help us shape a remarkable guest experience from day one in one of the world's premier destinations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and concierge services.
- Train, supervise, and mentor front office staff to ensure a high level of guest service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in front office management.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
